Our construction-based background started in 1986 building Custom Homes throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
As the housing market began to change, we shifted our focus to individualized services. A primary objective of our business has been to offer roofing services to repair and replace existing roof systems on both commercial and residential projects. Green Eagle also offers installation of entire roofing systems for new construction projects.
Texas is one of the nation’s leading states in weather-related insurance claims. Insurance remediation has become a very viable revenue source for our company because of the sheer number of catastrophic weather events that sweep our state every year. Roofing, both new and existing properties, has been the primary focal point of our company for over 6 years. We pride ourselves in remaining a lean and focused organization so that we can always remain fiscally competitive and we take personal responsibility in the supervision, sequencing, and production of each one of our projects. We are one of the very few “hands-on owner” companies in the industry, and it keeps our quality control goals at the top of the charts.

Meet Our Team
Lance White
CEO / OWNER
Lance is the owner and President of Green Eagle Roofing and Construction (formally Blackjack Productions). Lance has been in the construction industry for over 38 years. After graduating from University of North Texas, he started as a Custom Home Builder and then moved into the Construction Lending business. After spending many years helping people design, build and then finance their homes, Lance decided to start a business that would not only help build and design projects, but also assist with repairs to clients' homes after damaging storms. He was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and works hard to earn the respect and admiration of each customer. Green Eagle Roofing and Constructions success is mainly built by customer referrals.
Carmen White
CO-OWNER
Carmen White has over 18 years in the construction management industry and prior to that worked at a large multifamily real estate firm in Dallas, Texas as an analyst. She often works behind the scenes to help make all aspects of our firm run smoothly and is a vital part of our Green Eagle Team! From overseeing accounting and advertising to maintaining relationships with our clients and contractors, Carmen stays busy in our home office in Lake Dallas. However don't be surprised if you see her on the job site doing punches, holding safety meetings or just checking to make sure our customers are truly satisfied with their ongoing project. Carmen lives in Hickory Creek, Texas with her husband Lance White and has four grown children that all live in the DFW metroplex. She enjoys boating, playing sand volleyball and spending time with family.
Chase Burris
COO
Chase developed an interest in construction when working on multi family properties for a large management company over thirteen years ago. He has worked his way up from on site maintenance to project management in record time. His willingness to work right along side his crews through the years has given him the knowledge and experience to oversee our projects from start to finish. Chase has been with Green Eagle since 2015 and is the COO. Chase lives with his wife Samantha and daughter Logan and son Grayson in Denton, Texas and enjoys hunting, golfing and football.
Rusty Roberts
VP OF RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Rusty Roberts has been in the construction industry for the majority of his life. He is an expert salesman and spent many years in the bicycle industry selling anything you can think of. He started a luxury outdoor living company, Backyard Retreat, which has now since merged with Green Eagle. We are excited to have him as an asset to the Green Eagle team and since day one has been proving his value. His hobbies are collecting bikes, spending time with his lovely wife Misty, and enjoying time with his son Spencer. Rusty manages our non-roofing special projects.
Danny Edmonds
PROJECT MANAGER, COMMERCIAL ROOFING
Danny Edmonds is a dedicated Roofing Project Manager at Green Eagle, where he oversees residential and commercial roofing projects with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Known for his strong communication, problem-solving skills, and hands-on leadership, Danny manages each project from planning to completion-ensuring crews are coordinated, materials are delivered on schedule, and work meets Green Eagle's high standards. His commitment to craftsmanship and customer care helps deliver durable roofing solutions that clients can trust.
Jace Ruder
PROJECT MANAGER, COMMERCIAL ROOFING
Jace is a Project Manager at Green Eagle Roofing and Construction, bringing hands-on experience and a strong commitment to quality workmanship to every project. With a background in the commercial space, including experience working for a large-scale general contractor, he prides himself on guiding clients through the entire process—from initial assessment to project completion—with clear communication and dependable service. A problem-solver by nature, Jace is dedicated to ensuring each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. He works closely with crews and customers to make sure expectations are met and surpassed, helping uphold the reputation Green Eagle Roofing and Construction has built through the years. Originally born and raised in Kansas, Jace understands the value of hard work, honesty, and community. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and proud father of two little girls, who inspire him daily. His family values shape his approach to every project—treating each job with the same care and respect he would give to his own home.
Justin Smith
PROJECT MANAGER, RESIDENTIAL ROOFING, COMMERCIAL ROOFING AND SPECIAL PROJECTS
Justin is a Commercial Project Manager at Green Eagle Roofing & Construction with over a decade of experience spanning construction, roofing, and logistics. With a background in both commercial and residential construction, he brings a well-rounded approach to project management, specializing in coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, and delivering quality results. Since transitioning into the roofing industry over five years ago, Justin has developed a strong understanding of the industry and takes pride in building lasting client relationships and successfully managing projects from start to finish. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their two dogs, Gus and Wayne. He and Whitney share a passion for traveling and exploring new places. In his free time, Justin enjoys wake surfing, golfing, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
Tammye Patterson
OFFICE MANAGER
Tammye joined Green Eagle in 2021 as the Office Manager. She handles day-to-day operations and all accounts payable and accounts receivable. She spent the last few years working for a CPA and prior to that she was the practice manager for a very large and successful Medical Practice.
Lisa Johnson
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Lisa is a dedicated Construction Professional with over 25 years experience. She began her career in a family-owned Electrical Contracting business that instilled a deep passion for her in the construction industry. A true professional with high energy, she is known for streamlining processes, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors that help achieve operational goals. She finds it inspiring working alongside the Team at Green Eagle Roofing and experiences firsthand the impact made to families and clients. Having the family-like culture where everyone is invested in shared success is such a blessing. Fun fact: Lisa is a registered Chickasaw Indian Citizen. She cherishes her tight-knit circle of family and friends and spending time with her 4 grandchildren. She enjoys comedy shows, live music, and just about any sports event.
