Our construction based background started in 1986 building Custom Homes throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
As the housing market began to change we shifted our focus to individualized services. A primary objective of our business has been to offer roofing services to repair and replace existing roof systems on both commercial and residential projects. Green Eagle also offers installation of entire roofing systems for new construction projects.
Texas is one of the nation’s leading states in
weather related insurance claims. Insurance remediation has become a very viable revenue source for our company because of the sheer number of catastrophic weather events that sweep our state every year. Roofing, both new and existing properties, has been the primary focal point of our company for over 6 years. We pride ourselves in remaining a lean and focused organization so that we can always remain fiscally competitive and we take personal responsibility in the supervision, sequencing and production of each one of our projects. We are one of the very few “hands on owner” companies in the industry and it keeps our quality control goals at the top of the charts.

This philosophy has allowed us to ride the ebbs and flows of the economy and construction trends over the last several years. Lance is the owner and President of Green Eagle Roofing and Construction (formally Blackjack Productions). Lance has been in the construction industry for almost 30 years. After graduating from University of North Texas, he started as a Custom Home Builder and then moved into the Construction Lending business. After spending many years helping people design, build and then finance their homes, Lance decided to start a business that would not only help build and design projects, but also assist with repairs to clients’ homes after damaging storms.
He was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and works hard to earn the respect and admiration of each customer. Green Eagle Roofing and Constructions success is mainly built by customer referrals.
Carmen White has more than 10 years in the construction management industry and prior to that worked at a large multifamily real estate firm in Dallas, Texas as an analyst. She often works behind the scenes to help make all aspects of our firm run smoothly and is a vital part of our Green Eagle Team! From overseeing accounting and advertising to maintaining relationships with our clients and contractors, Carmen stays busy in our home office in Lake Dallas. However don’t be surprised if you see her on the job site doing punches, holding safety meetings or just checking to make sure our customers are truly satisfied with their ongoing project. Carmen lives in Hickory Creek, Texas with her husband Lance White and has four grown children that all live in the DFW metroplex. She enjoys boating, playing sand volleyball and spending time with family.
Chase developed an interest in construction when working on multi family properties for a large management company over nine years ago. He has worked his way up from on site maintenance to project management in record time. His willingness to work right along side his crews through the years has given him the knowledge and experience to oversee our projects from start to finish. Chase has been with Green Eagle for five years and is the Vice President of Construction. Chase lives with his wife Samantha and daughter Logan in Denton, Texas and enjoys hunting, golfing and football.

Rusty Roberts has been in the construction industry for the majority of his life. He is an expert salesman and spent many years in the bicycle industry selling anything you can think of. He started a luxury outdoor living company, Backyard Retreat, which has now since merged with Green Eagle. We are excited to have him as an asset to the Green Eagle team and since day one has being proving his value. His hobbies are collecting bikes, spending time with his lovely lady Misty, and enjoying time with his son Spencer.
Tammye joined Green Eagle in 2021 as the Office Manager. She spent the last few years working for a CPA and prior to that she was the practice manager for a very large and successful Medical Practice.
